How long does it take to get my plan?
+Within 24 hours of completing your personal consultation. You will receive your personalised wellness blueprint on WhatsApp and email.
What if I have a medical condition?
+Dr. Garg will take your conditions into account when building your plan. Ramya provides wellness guidance, not medical treatment. For active medical conditions we recommend continuing treatment with your primary physician alongside your Ramya plan.
Is my health information kept private?
+Completely. Your health information is never shared with anyone. It is used only to craft your wellness blueprint and is handled with the same care as a doctor-patient relationship.
Which plan should I start with?
+The Reset is the right starting point for most people. If you are serious about making a real change over a longer period, The Shift gives you three months to actually see results. Not sure? WhatsApp us and we will recommend honestly.
What do check-ins look like?
+Check-ins happen over WhatsApp. Depending on your plan, they are fortnightly or bi-weekly. Dr. Garg reviews your progress and adjusts recommendations as needed. It is a real conversation, not an automated form.
Can I get support for sensitive personal matters?
+Yes. De-addiction support and intimacy and relationship wellness are available privately alongside any plan. WhatsApp us directly to ask about either. Everything is handled with complete discretion.
What is the refund policy?
+Because every blueprint is built specifically for you, refunds are generally not available after delivery. If your plan has not yet been delivered, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of payment by emailing care@ramyacare.in.
