By choosing Ramya, you are putting your trust in a real doctor and a brand that takes that seriously. These terms exist to protect both of us and to be completely transparent about what Ramya is, what it is not, and how we work together.
Ramya is a personalised wellness guidance service run by Dr. Rahul Garg, a licensed medical practitioner with 24 years of clinical experience. When you buy a plan, you are getting a wellness blueprint built specifically for you by a real doctor. Not a chatbot. Not an algorithm. A person who has seen 50,000 patients and knows how different every body is.
Ramya provides wellness guidance. It is not a substitute for clinical medical treatment or emergency care.
Ramya is not built for emergencies. If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, suicidal thoughts, or any situation that feels urgent, please call emergency services immediately. Do not wait. Do not message us. Go to a hospital.
In any emergency: call 112 in India. Do not use Ramya as a substitute for immediate medical care.
Ramya is for people aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, you can use Ramya only with a parent or guardian actively involved and consenting. By purchasing a plan, you are confirming you meet this requirement.
Dr. Garg personally conducts a one on one video consultation with you, then builds your wellness blueprint. He uses AI tools (OpenAI ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude) to help draft and organise recommendations, but every single output is read, edited, and signed off by him before it reaches you.
Your plan reflects Dr. Garg's professional judgment. The AI assists. He decides.
We build the best plan we can for your body. What happens next depends on you. Consistency, honesty, and commitment all play a role. Ramya does not guarantee specific outcomes, and any examples we share are illustrative, not promises.
Prices are in Indian Rupees. Payment is required before any work begins. All transactions are handled securely by Razorpay. We never store your card details.
Because every blueprint is built specifically for you from scratch, we generally cannot offer refunds once your plan has been delivered. If your plan has not been delivered yet, you can request a full refund within 48 hours of payment by emailing care@ramyacare.in.
Nothing in this policy takes away any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.
Please be honest and thorough in your personal consultation. Your plan is only as good as the information it is built on. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect what Dr. Garg is able to build for you. You are also responsible for how you apply the plan in your own life.
To the extent the law allows, Ramya and Dr. Garg are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from using our service. Our maximum liability in any situation is the amount you paid for your plan.
Your wellness blueprint is built for you personally and may not be resold or shared commercially. All Ramya branding, content, and materials belong to Ramya Wellness and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be at ramyacare.in. If you continue using Ramya after an update, you accept the new terms.
