Ramya is a personal wellness service operated by Dr. Rahul Garg, an individual practitioner based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India ("Ramya", "we", "us", "our"). Ramya provides personalised wellness consultations and plans. Ramya is a wellness and lifestyle guidance service only. It is not a medical service, a diagnostic service, a healthcare provider, or a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. For any medical emergency, call 112 immediately.
By accessing or using Ramya, creating an account, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Ramya.
Ramya is available only to residents of India who are aged 18 years or older. By using Ramya, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of India and are at least 18 years old. If it is discovered that you are located outside India or have misrepresented your residency, your plan will be paused and 50% of the remaining plan value will be retained as a processing fee, with the balance refunded.
Ramya provides general wellness guidance based on the personal information you choose to share. Dr. Garg offers wellness suggestions relating to lifestyle, habits, and general wellbeing. Nothing communicated through Ramya constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment, and nothing should be interpreted or relied upon as such. Ramya does not create a doctor-patient relationship. You must always consult a qualified, registered medical professional before making any health-related decision, starting any regimen, or acting on any wellness guidance provided. You should never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything you received through Ramya.
Wellness outcomes vary from person to person and depend on many factors outside our control, including your own actions, adherence, and individual circumstances. Ramya makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any specific result, improvement, or outcome. Any examples, testimonials, or descriptions are not promises of similar results for you.
You understand and voluntarily accept that any lifestyle, dietary, physical, or wellness activity carries inherent risks. You are solely responsible for evaluating your own fitness to undertake any suggestion and for consulting a medical professional beforehand. You participate in and act on wellness guidance at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Rahul Garg and Ramya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of health, injury, profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of Ramya or reliance on any guidance provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Ramya for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to Ramya in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Rahul Garg and Ramya from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on wellness guidance in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment confirms your booking. Ramya reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice; changes do not affect plans already paid for.
If you are unsatisfied after your first consultation, contact care@ramyacare.in within 7 days for a full refund. Once the first consultation has taken place and your plan has been delivered, refunds are not available. If you have paid but not yet had your first consultation, a full refund is available at any time upon request.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account. Each plan is for one individual only. Ramya reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, plans, materials, and branding provided through Ramya are the property of Dr. Rahul Garg and may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission. Plans are provided for your personal use only.
Any files, documents, or materials uploaded to Ramya by you or by Dr. Garg remain the responsibility of the uploading party. By uploading any file, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights under the Copyright Act, 1957 or any other applicable law. Ramya does not actively review uploaded files for copyright compliance. If Ramya becomes aware that uploaded content infringes another party's rights, Ramya reserves the right to remove it without notice. You agree to indemnify Ramya against any claim arising from content you have uploaded.
Ramya takes reasonable measures to secure your data, including encryption, access controls, and industry-standard security practices. However, Ramya relies in part on third-party infrastructure providers (including but not limited to Supabase, Razorpay, and Resend) for hosting, payment processing, and data storage. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ramya shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, data breach, or security incident that results from the actions of a third party, including hackers, unauthorized intruders, or failures in third-party infrastructure outside Ramya's direct control, provided Ramya has taken reasonable security measures as described in this policy.
If you discover a security vulnerability in Ramya's systems, please report it to care@ramyacare.in. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will review all reports in good faith. Ramya does not guarantee a specific timeframe for investigating or resolving reported vulnerabilities, and reporting a vulnerability does not entitle the reporter to compensation, disclosure of remedial steps taken, or any other obligation beyond Ramya's good-faith review.
Where a security incident occurs due to circumstances outside Ramya's reasonable control (including third-party service failures, sophisticated criminal attacks that circumvent reasonable security measures in place, or actions by unauthorized third parties), Ramya's liability shall be governed by the existing Limitation of Liability section of these Terms, and in no case shall exceed the amount actually paid by you in the three months preceding the incident. This limitation does not apply to security incidents caused by Ramya's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Grievance Officer for Ramya is Dr. Rahul Garg, reachable at care@ramyacare.in. Complaints regarding content, privacy, or these terms will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days, in accordance with applicable law.
Ramya may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date and takes effect once posted. Continued use of Ramya after changes constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
