Your health is deeply personal. So is the information you share with us. This policy exists to be honest with you about what we collect, how we use it, and the fact that we treat it with exactly the care you would expect from a doctor.
Ramya Wellness is a personalised wellness consultation service run by Dr. Rahul Garg, a licensed medical practitioner based in Punjab, India. If you ever have questions about any of this, just email us at care@ramyacare.in or call +91 6283937110. We are real people and we will respond.
When you consult with Ramya, Dr. Garg personally conducts a one on one video session with you. Information shared during this consultation — including your history, concerns, sleep patterns, diet, and goals — is what he uses to build your plan.
We only ask for what we actually need to build your plan. Nothing more.
Everything discussed in your consultation is used for one purpose: to build your personalised wellness blueprint. As part of this process, anonymised data (your name and identifiers removed) may pass through AI tools including OpenAI ChatGPT and Anthropic Claude to help organise recommendations. Every single plan is then personally reviewed, edited, and approved by Dr. Garg before it reaches you.
No AI output ever reaches you without Dr. Garg reading and approving it first.
By booking with Ramya and submitting your personal consultation, you are consenting to the process described above. If you would prefer Dr. Garg to work entirely without AI assistance, just let us know before you book. We will accommodate that at no extra cost, no questions asked.
Nobody. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers, marketers, or any third party. The only external systems that ever touch your data are the anonymised AI tools described above, and Razorpay for processing your payment.
Your health information is never used for anything other than building your plan.
All payments go through Razorpay, who handle the transaction securely. We never see, store, or have access to your card details. Razorpay's own privacy policy covers everything on the payment side.
We keep information shared in your consultation for 24 months from your consultation date. This lets us support plan revisions and continuity of care if you return. After 24 months, everything is permanently deleted unless you have an active plan or have asked us to keep it.
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just email care@ramyacare.in and we will sort it within 7 business days. No hoops, no forms, just a conversation.
Ramya is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 without verified parental consent. If you think this has happened, please contact us immediately.
If we update this policy, the current version will always live at ramyacare.in. Continuing to use Ramya means you accept any changes. We will not change anything significant without it being visible here.
